- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I needed a BCBS wellness exam that included A1C score. They took blood and my vitals. No P.A. ever saw me. No check of ears, nose, mouth, heartbeat, lungs, etc. I guess this isn't required by BCBS. I specifically requested an A1C test (required by my BCBS/Rally account), but it was not added to the bloodwork request. I called the Indian Land branch to inquire. I was told they would talk to the clinic manager. No one ever called me back. Everyone seemed unsure what was required for a BCBS wellness exam, which did not inspire confidence. Yet, I liked everyone I met and I loved the office and appearance and convenience. I will go back. This office JUST opened, so I'm chalking it up to the fact that everyone may still be getting their ducks in a row.March 23, 2017by Melissa Prince
